Rest easy knowing that all our products are covered by a Two-Year Warranty. For our Modular Series products, we provide an extended 5-year warranty.
Delivery
For orders totaling RM200 or more, delivery is FREE! For orders below RM200, there is a flat-rate delivery fee of RM18 for all locations across West Malaysia using Skynet. Bulk orders within our office area may be delivered using our company's delivery service, typically delivered within 5-7 Working Days.
Product Exchange
To facilitate a hassle-free product exchange, kindly Record a Short Video before unpacking your item. In case of any delivery-related issues, your video will serve as valuable proof. Rest assured, we'll promptly arrange the exchange for you. *Please Do Not throw away the packaging boxes after unpacking.
Repair Services
If the product experiences issues that are not caused by the user but originate from the product itself and it's within the 2-Year Warranty period, a Free Repair Service will be provided with skilled technicians visiting the location to resolve the problem.
